This was one of the first jobs completed fresh out of lockdown. We even had a couple of little helpers from time to time whilst the schools were shut. Proving that we are happy to adapt to the situation and work around the new schedules that covid-19 has caused us to adopt in a safe manner of course). This old pre-cast concrete garage and slab had some serious subsidence. We therefore had to take away everything that was effected, build a new retaining wall using gabion baskets with stone infill and pour a new reinforced concrete slab. Groundworks is just one aspect of construction that we are willing to take on and should the customer want one in the future, we would be happy to build a new carport or garage to fill the space. Can’t beat working working somewhere with a view either.

   

Recently completed Douglas Fir Carport. This was a bespoke design and build that involved everything from ground works to putting the ridge tiles on and everything in-between. It is an example of the range of skills we have as a team and the services we have available to our customers. We take pride in everything we do and strive to give the best possible service. Afterward we retro-fitted a mezzanine area for storage and also welcomed the installation of a new electric charging point. A perfect focal point for any home and can be built to size and shape for many purposes; including porches, log stores, to create a garden seating area etc.

 

Loft Conversion:

We have recently finished a loft conversion for a lovely family that required extra living space. The loft already had access via an old stair case but was far from habitable. We stripped it back to bare bones and created two new bedrooms, an extra bathroom for the property and a snug. One key feature that the customer specified was to keep some of the existing timber on show, therefore, we took the time to make them a feature and go that little further to highlight the natural beauty of old joinery. We think the blend between old and new is a welcomed sight and proves that highlighting a buildings heritage is often the best thing you can do in a development. All works was completed in-house or using our trusted trade specialists and is another example of the projects we can complete.
